All orders are processed after payment confirmation or as agreed in the quotation.
Processing time typically ranges from 1–15 business days, depending on product availability and order volume.


2. Shipping Methods
We offer worldwide shipping through reliable carriers such as YunExpress, DHL, FedEx, UPS, and air/sea freight options based on customer requirements.

By default, all orders are shipped via air freight to ensure a balance between cost and delivery time.


3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time varies by destination:

  • Express shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Air freight: 5–14 business days
  • Sea freight: 15–40 days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, holidays, or other external factors.


4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, volume, destination, and shipping method.
The final shipping cost will be provided in the quotation.

Free shipping is available for orders over $49 with a total shipment weight within 1.5 kg (air freight standard).

For orders exceeding this weight or below the minimum amount, shipping costs will be calculated based on actual conditions.


5. Customs Duties & Taxes

In most cases, import duties and taxes are included in our shipping arrangements.

However, in certain situations due to destination country regulations or customs policies, additional charges may apply and will be the responsibility of the customer.

Once your order is shipped, we will provide tracking information so you can monitor the delivery status.


7. Delays & Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, logistics disruptions, natural events, or other factors beyond our control.


8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your shipment arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
We will assist in resolving the issue with the carrier.
